This just in — and it’s one of the cleanest IFA roles we’ve seen in a long time.
Our client is the Middle East’s only certified fiduciary, CII Chartered, fee-only wealth management firm. They have opened a Service Adviser position with a full client book provided!
No cold starts.
No chasing leads.
No sales pressure.
Just pure financial planning and client advisory.
Salary & Structure
Associate: AED 10,000 – 14,000
Senior Associate: AED 14,000 – 20,000
Associate Director: AED 20,000 – 30,000
Performance-based bonus (linked to individual and company performance)
Final level and salary are determined through the full interview process.

This will not suit candidates who's been with every other brokerage around Dubai every 6-12 months. My client is VERY picky...and they can afford to be. This is NOT one of those "let's -give-it-a-bash-and-hope-for-the-best" options. Imagine-, if you could..an old English, private members-only type club picture...that high end upper class leather smell. There's no "retail queue" outside this private client type UK PLC ...and it's for a reason. Most selected candidates hardly make it past the first call...so NOT quite the easy money spinner for me! Its literally a case of TOP SHELF people only. I have worked for this firm myself in 2013, and have a personal connection with the CEO and all parties. The ARE just that much better than just about anybody, and that's from personal experience.
